Necessary Formatting for a Dissertation You Should Care About

Formatting for a Dissertation
The format is a way in which something is arranged. The format is also related to the form and the shape of the pages in printing and layout. When we talk about the formatting for a dissertation, then we should think about the following things after getting help from dissertation writing services.

Introduction:
In the introduction, we should keep in mind the following things;
  1. An introduction should have an interesting opening sentence.

General Instructions Like Spacing:
  1. There should be double-spacing between the words throughout the dissertation.
  2. Font
  3.  You can use any standard font style. The most commonly used font style is “Times New Roman”. The font size should be 12 pt.
  4. Margin
  5. The paper margin should be one inch from the top, bottom, left and right sides of the page.

Main Body:
In the main body of your dissertation, there comes the introduction, illustration, conclusion and results.

Tables and Figures:
The paper margin for the tables and figures is the same as in the main body. You should write the tables and figures in such a way that they are easily readable. In this regard, the minimum font size should be 9 pt.

References and Citations:
In this section, you are required to provide all the sources from where you have collected the data for your dissertation and to write an assignment. You should try to write the only valid and relevant sources in this section.

Appendices:
You should try to use the minimum font size and also a minimum paper margin in this section.

Curriculum Vitae:
This section is used only for the PhD students. In this section, the PhD students provide their complete profile. This is the basic format for a dissertation. In this regard, you should check the guidelines of your supervisor in order to write your dissertation in the best format.
